Q: HOW DO I GET SPONSORED BY BROTHER?

A: We wholeheartedly believe that the riders are what make the scene thrive, so we intend to support a select group with parts, filming trips, competitions, and eventually, money. What we will be looking for in a Brother rider is proven commitment, consistent riding progression, selfless attitudes, friendliness towards others, and solid self-representation on the web and in real life. If you think you fit this criteria, drop us an email at brotherscootersupply@gmail.com with footage attached and we will review at our earliest convenience.


Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARTS?

A: We ship next business day. Domestic ground shipping is 3-5 business days after the order is received and processed. 


Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

A: We do not currently ship outside of the US.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY AND HOW DO I CLAIM MY REPLACEMENT PARTS?

A: If one of our scooter parts is broken due to manufacturer or design defect within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it at no charge to you. If your part is broken, please email us at brotherscootersupply@gmail.com with pictures of the part and a short description of what happened. We will not replace parts that have broken due to standard wear and tear or improper use.


Q: HOW CAN I BECOME INVOLVED WITH BROTHER?

A: Our whole mission is to support our homies who are repping the company and leverage our skillsets to better the scooter community. Tag @brotherscooters on your instagram posts, engage with us on social media, and sport your Brother products when you are riding or hanging with your friends. This will be your best method of becoming involved with our future plans!


Q: DO YOU SPONSOR EVENTS?

A: Aside from the Austin Street Jam, we are openly excited to sponsor other scootering competitions and events. Reach out to us at brotherscootersupply@gmail.com if you have an upcoming event you would like us to sponsor, and we will get back to you with a decision.
